We have been retailing since 1993 when we opened our premises on Bridge street in Worksop.
Before this, we operated a Jewellery repair and Manufacture businesses supplying Gold and Silver Jewellery to the Retail Jewellery Trade.

Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days were an approved credit account is held with us.. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

Returns and Refunds
You can return any item within 14 Calendar days from you receiving your order as long as:
The Security tag has not been removed. The item can be viewed with the tag on without any problem
The item is returned in the original condition
In the case of Earrings they have not been worn
You should use a postal service that insures the item against loss and requires a signature upon delivery.
Refunds will be made as soon as we receive the item. Refunds will be returned by the same method you used to pay for the goods
